Commercial Construction Management

Gwinnett Tech's Commercial Construction Management program provides students who work in, or plan to enter, management of commercial projects. Our Commercial Construction Management program combines knowledge of innovative technologies, construction principles and business management to lead a variety of construction projects. Graduates of this program enjoy careers as project managers, contract administrators, construction managers, estimators and quality control engineers.

Gwinnett Tech’s Commercial Construction Management program currently offers two HOPE Career Grants. HOPE Career Grants provide free tuition assistance toward educational costs for eligible students enrolled in an approved designated program of study. Students must be eligible for, and receiving, the HOPE Grant or Zell Miller Grant to be awarded the HOPE Career Grant. It provides assistance with educational costs that are not covered by the HOPE or Zell Miller Grants.
