You can open up a world of opportunity, activity and growth beyond the classroom by taking part in one of the many student organizations at Gwinnett Tech. These groups offer leadership, social and networking possibilities to students on local, state and national levels.
An internship can be the perfect complement to classroom knowledge – and in technical education, the opportunity for hands-on learning is a top priority. In fact, a large number of our programs require internships, clinical training or practicums before graduation. The Gwinnett Tech Career Services Center is a great place to learn about available internships.
First Year Experience
The First Year Experience course is an integral part of every student’s first semester experience at the college. students to Gwinnett Technical College including its resources, policies, and procedures. In addition to campus resources, the course creates an awareness of the academic and life skills necessary to achieve educational and career success.
