No one knows better than a high school counselor how many post-secondary educational options there are for today's students -- and how important it is to match each student with the right college environment. Gwinnett Tech can help.
Why should my students consider technical college?
What are some of the benefits of technical college?
There's no question that a technical college education is a different education than that offered at a four-year college, and for many students - that difference is exactly why technical college works.
What about my students who don't know what they want to study?
No problem. Our Assessment Center offers free personality and career testing that can help your students decide what type of job is best for them. Our counselors are available to help each student map out an education and career path.

Is it affordable?

Gwinnett Tech's average tuition (depending on how many classes you take) is approximately $1,130 per semester for a fulltime student. We offer many financial aid opportunities, including the Hope Grant, which is awarded regardless of financial need. Call our Financial Aid office at 777.962.7580 and we'll help you make it work.
Will technical college courses transfer?
Gwinnett Tech has transfer agreements with the University System of Georgia. Core courses, like freshman level English and math credits, are guaranteed to transfer to four-year colleges and universities throughout the state.
