Program Description
The healthcare science pre-surgical technology certificate provides students with general education courses that serve as a foundation for further study in a degree-level surgical technology program. This is a degree-level certificate.  (Program Length: 3 Semesters Minimum)

Employment Opportunities
Hospitals and other institutions that have operating room, delivery room, and/or emergency room facilities; government agencies such as Veterans Administration Medical Centers and the Armed Forces; Instrument and Equipment Sales.
