Gwinnett Tech Gearheadz Host Car Show and Career Fair on Oct. 11
Proceeds Go Towards Student Club's Project Car

GWINNETT – NORTH FULTON

Gwinnett Technical College's Gearheadz student club is hosting its first campus Car Show and Career Fair on Sat., Oct. 11, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in Parking Lot C in front of Building 300.

The event is open to the public for free, and will feature door prizes, vendors, employers, food trucks and a live DJ. Car owners are invited to show their vehicles with a $5 registration fee. Proceeds from the show will go to the club's project car.

The show is open to all makes, models and owners. Awards will be given for best Import, Domestic, 4x4, MOPAR, Best in Show, Classic, Exotic, RAT, Project, People's Choice and many more.

Gwinnett Tech offers an associate degree in automotive technology, a diploma in automotive fundamentals and wide range of certificate options for specific aspects of automotive service and repair. The college also offers manufacturer-specific training from Toyota, Nissan and the MOPAR (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep) brand.
