Payment Plans

Financial Aid may not fully cover your tuition and fee charges. NelNet can make paying out of pocket more manageable, and make completing your program much easier.
The NelNet Payment Plan divides the balance owed to Gwinnett Technical College into smaller, monthly payments. This is not a loan; you don't pay interest and you won’t need a credit check.

Payments are processed on the 20th of each month and will continue until the balance is paid in full. Students can choose one of the following methods:

  • Automatic bank draft (ACH)
  • Credit/debit card. Visa cards are not accepted at this time. A convenience fee may also be assessed.
  • Non-refundable enrollment fees range from $30-$40; this is calculated based on the number of payments in the plan.
  • A $30 fee is charged if your payment is returned.
  • Down payments vary from 0%-50%; early enrollment is encouraged.
  • Log-In to your Student Banner Account at www.GTC-Web.org
  • Click on “Student Services and Financial Aid”
  • Then Click “Registration”
  • Click on the “Registration Fee Assessment-View/Pay Balance with Credit Card/NelNet”
  • Follow the instruction to set up your account
  • Before you submit, please thoroughly read the Final Review and the Terms and Conditions. A notification will be sent immediately (if an email address is provided), confirming the payment plan enrollment.

Availability of the payment plan is determined by Gwinnett Technical College and designed to meet the needs of currently enrolled students. Please note, Gwinnett Tech may elect not to have the payment plan available during specific times and dates. Currently, payment plans are not available for students who are only taking courses during the C term.

My Payment Plan is an online service that allows you to view the status, account balance, and payment amount of your agreement. Once you enroll, set up your account here.

NelNet Business Solutions works in connection with the Gwinnett Tech Business Office. Please note that adjustments to your account balance due to Financial Aid or a change to your registration, should be made through Nelnet. You must make changes to your payment plan at www.MyCollegePaymentPlan.com/Gwinnett.
You can also confirm your balance adjustments by emailing the Business Office at GTC-BusinessOffice@GwinnettTech.edu or visiting www.MyCollegePaymentPlan.com/Gwinnett Please refer to the enrollment deadlines section for the last day to increase or decrease your payment plan.
