We understand that spreading out your college tuition payments can make the expense much more manageable – and make achieving your college education much easier. Our Payment Plan option takes your total tuition costs and divides the sum into smaller payments. This is not a loan, so you pay no interest and you don't need a credit check.

What is My Payment Plan?
We offer the My Payment Plan option through Nelnet Business Solutions e-Cashier. You can:
- Go to www.gtc-web.org to check your tuition and fees balance
- Enroll online
- Arrange monthly payments
- View and easily manage your account
Choose Your Payment Method
- Automatic bank payment (ACH)
- Credit/debit card
- Visa cards are not accepted at this time
Payments are processed on the 20th of each month and will continue until the balance is paid in full. If a credit/debit card is used, a convenience fee in addition to the enrollment fee may be assessed.
Cost to Participate
- $30, $35 or $40 nonrefundable enrollment fee depending on the number of payments (ACH & credit/debit card)
- $30 fee if a payment is returned

Before you click the Submit button, please read carefully through the Final Review and the Terms and Conditions. An immediate e-mail will be sent (if an e-mail address was provided for the person responsible for payment) confirming enrollment in the payment plan.
Payment Plan Availability
Availability of the payment plan is determined by Gwinnett Technical College. Please be aware the college may elect not to have the payment plan available during specific times and dates during registration.
My Payment Plan
My Payment Plan is a service provided which enables you to view the current status of your payment plan, account balance, payment amount, and manage your account. Once you complete your payment plan go to https://signup.mypaymentplan.com/signup/T1pp?coll=gwinnetttech to set up your account.
Please do not assume your balance will automatically be adjusted if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. To make balance adjustments, visit www.mypaymentplan.com. You should review your agreement balance online through www.mypaymentplan.com or email firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm the change.
