Program Description
The flux cored arc welder certificate provides basic training required for the flux cored arc welder. This certificate includes courses in flux cored arc welding. Students receive instruction that emphasizes basic skills, safety, and quality workmanship. The program is ideal for the person who needs training in a basic welding operation in a brief time span. All courses apply to the diploma program in welding and joining technology. This certificate does not qualify for financial aid as it does not meet minimum hour requirements. (Program Length: 2 Semesters Minimum)
