Gwinnett Technical College will host Gwinnett's Fall 2012 PROBE College Fair at the Gwinnett Center on Wed., Sept. 19, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., giving high school students and parents the chance to explore a wide range of college options under one roof. The Gwinnett Center is located at 6400 Sugarloaf Parkway, Duluth, GA 30097.
The fair is free and open to high school students and their families.
Sponsored by the Georgia Education Articulation Committee (GEAC), PROBE is an annual organized college fair tour. The nine-week fall tour consists of 58 college fairs held at various schools and venues across the state of Georgia.
"We look forward to welcoming students and their families! Attending the PROBE College Fair is a great way to learn about a wide range of college choices at one time and personally visit with admissions representatives, ask questions and find a college that best matches your educational goals and needs," says Robin Remich, director of student recruitment, Gwinnett Tech.
As the host of the Gwinnett PROBE College Fair, Gwinnett Tech will have a full team of admissions and financial aid specialists on hand to meet with students and parents, schedule campus tours and visits, and provide information about the college's programs of study.
Students can stay informed about this year's PROBE College Fair by texting PROBEINFO to the number 33233 or on Facebook, https://www.facebook.com/GeorgiaProbe. Both options include fair details, links to participating schools and tips and advice for attending the fair.
There will be a second PROBE College Fair in Gwinnett this year on Mon., Nov. 5, from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. at Shiloh High School, 4210 Shiloh Road, Snellville, GA 30039.
