Customer Care Center
From admissions to financial aid and advisement to registration, navigating college can sometimes require some help. The Customer Care Center at Gwinnett Tech is designed to enhance and support the educational experience by serving as an accessible resource for students with problems or questions.
Our Customer Care Student Advocates are available to assist students and can often help find other alternatives and strategies. Our advocates support and encourage students to be successful during their academic journey with us. If a student is unsure of where to begin, the Customer Care Center is a great place to start.
The Customer Care Center is located in Building 100, Room 604, and is open from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays, and 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Fridays. Drop by or speak with a Student Advocate by calling 678.226.6379.
