Students that are initially classified as out-of-state and successfully petition to have their residency changed to in-state also have to meet the verification requirement.

Special Admit Student Admission
Special admit students are those who desire to take credit courses but do not plan to pursue a degree, diploma, or certificate. Special admit students are eligible to take credit classes designated as available to special admits in the class schedule, provided they meet all prerequisites to test score requirements. These students must complete an application and pay the application fee. A student may be classified as special admit for one semester only. Special admit students do not qualify for financial aid.
