Program Description
The human resource management specialist certificate program provides courses which deal with the philosophy, policies, procedures, and practices relating to the management of people within an organization, including personnel planning, work design, staffing, training, performance appraisal, compensation, and employee protection. Technical courses apply to the degree or diploma program in business management and the degree program in management and supervisory development technical specialist. (Program Length: 2 Semesters Minimum)
