You’ll have options with automotive training

Gwinnett Tech’s Automotive Technology programs will prepare you for a career that truly gets your engine humming, or can help you advance in the automotive field you’ve already chosen.

The college offers something for everyone... from degree, diploma and certificate programs in Automotive Technology.

Degree programs offer students both daytime and evening courses to accommodate work schedules, and can generally be completed in two years or less, on a full time schedule.

If you’re already in the automotive field and need to upgrade your skills or bump up your credentials, the college’s diploma and certificates programs can help you get where you want to be. They require fewer core courses and can be completed in less time than a degree. Program options include:

  • Automotive technology diploma
  • Automotive fundamentals diploma
  • Basic automotive service certificate
  • Chassis technician certificate
  • Engine performance certificate
